Schedule a personal consultation: 
You will be assigned a personal bookkeeper to discuss any questions you may have about our services, discuss your personal and business needs, and help mold a plan that fits you.  An estimated monthly quote could also be provided at this point.

After Consultation:
We will review the reports (see “Get A Quote”) that are needed and how you plan to access your needs.  Once you’ve decided that RW Bookkeeping is the perfect fit for you we will sign you, we will provide you with the appropriate documents and a personal and secure login unique to your account.  This will allow you to securely view your bills, reports, and accounts at your convenience.  Monthly updating will be uploaded by the 15th of every month.

Set-up: A $45 dollar set-up fee will be charged to all new accounts.
RW Bookkeeping will contact you with a date for a conference call.  Once we have established which monthly reports fit your needs as well as what services are best for you, an appropriate starting date will be determined at which time you will be able to start using your login and password to view your monthly statements and reports at your convenience. Your bills will be mailed to RW Bookkeeping and you will no longer have to worry about paying your bills again. With your secure log-in, you can see your bills at any time and communicate any concerns with RW Bookkeeping if you see a problem.
